Since 1935 GETRAG has been recognized as a specialist in producing high quality transmissions. Together with our customers and as individuals we are always looking to develop and enhance our product portfolio. Currently GETRAG is the largest independent manufacturer of transmissions in the world, with our annual sales reaching 2.6billion Euros.Since 2007 GETRAG has had a presence in the Asian market. With three joint ventures in China and the development of production facilities and offices in India well underway, we are well established throughout the region.GETRAG Asia Pacific Transmission Technology (Shanghai) Co., LTD (GAP), opened offices in the Zhangjiang High Technology Park, Pudong, in 2011. The main function of our Shanghai offices is to act as a central contact point for GETRAG Corporate Group, in Asia-Pacific.
